The Big Weigh In

Nothing10lbs much to report this week. 1.6 lb. weight loss. I have worked very hard with little to no cheating and it seems to be coming off very slowly.  However, now that I have lost 13lbs in total I am able to see the whole picture instead of the small amount week by week. 

I walked four days this week and did Zumba once. The fact that Zumba is a planned event with a colleague helped me to do it even though I was too tired.

DH has reached his goal of losing 20lb. WELL DONE! and I can’t wait to get there.The School Christmas Party coming up and I have a little black dress that I am hoping to fit into. Smile
