Hybrid Blossoms

Saw this idea here and thought it would be great to liven up my dingy hearth. 

First Hubby cut me some saplings (discovered on the way home from Church this A.M.)

Then I removed the flower heads from some inexpensive silk flowers.

Next I glued them on my saplings with my hot glue gun

And voila! now we have a place for our Easter display.

With a verse DS wrote several years ago.

I had an audience!
