Grammie’s Recipe

Pineapple Upside-down Cake

4oz butter

brown sugar

canned pineapple

glazed cherries

yellow cake mix

Melt the butter in the bottom of a pan. Sprinkle with generous portion of brown sugar, decorate with fruit and cover with prepared cake mix. Bake according to cake instructions. Cool for 5 mins and turn out. Enjoy.
