I have had a good week. I went back to work this week and there was no more trying to figure out what morsel of protein I could shove in my mouth for lunch. There is so much choice with the Slimming World plan I had loads to eat.

I exercised plenty this week with three 25 minute walks and a Zumba class. So, the scales have shown a 2lb loss this week which is encouraging. I am looking forward to reaching 1 stone loss (14lbs for my American readers).

Hubby is about 3lbs away from his goal and has slowed down a lot in the weight loss department. However, he returns to work this week and also plans to start working out with DS so I am sure the last 3lbs will be off before he knows it.
